Yorkshire Tea is the Official Brew of England Cricket. They wanted to continue to share the gospel of the importance of having a ‘proper’ brew across the nation at England's Test Matches.
Fans at the Ashes are cricket mad. They will jump at the chance to interact with one of their heroes.
We created the James Anderson Proper Ball experience, using Oculus Rift technology, allowing us to give cricket fans the chance to feel what it's like to face a fast ball from England's highest ever international wicket taker. We filmed Jimmy bowling from the batman's point of view using a collection of Go-Pro cameras shooting in 360 degrees. We also designed a soundscape that immersed the fan in the moment of facing a fast ball from Jimmy complete with a sledging wicketkeeper to keep them on edge.
